HONG KONG & CHINA ORDERS:
Free Shipping service to orders over 1,000HKD within Hong Kong and China.
For orders below HKD1,000, a delivery cost of 40HKD is applicable at checkout.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We deliver your order by Hong Kong Post / Shun Feng Express
All orders are delivered in working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) .
The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days after dispatch.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will be dispatched on the next working day upon receiving the order and once payment is cleared.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are happy to replace or exchange goods in the case of manufacturing faults.

If the condition of the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our local shop or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
You can email us a request at customers@buttercupcuddle.com or by visit our stores, to request a return within 7 days of receipt.

Please remember to ask your courier for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference.
Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Only products in unopened, unused, unworn, and with their original packaging are eligible for exchange.
